Recommended use: During the first two months, take one capsule three times a day with a meal with plenty of water or as advised. The daily dose can also be taken twice (for example, two capsules in the morning and one in the evening).

It is strongly recommended to use PeaPlex consistently for at least two months. Most users of PeaPlex already notice a difference after a few weeks. After two months you can consider:

by continuing to take one capsule twice a day
reduce the intake to one capsule once a day
end the intake

If the result decreases after reducing the dose, it is recommended to increase the dose again to two or three times a day a capsule.
